Welcome to Barber Sam. By using our website and booking services, you agree to these terms.

Services

Barber Sam provides haircut services by appointment only at our home studio in Rototuna, Hamilton. We offer:

• Male haircuts (30 minutes) - $15
• Female haircuts (60 minutes) - $15

Booking & Appointments

• Appointments are available Monday to Friday, 6PM to 9PM.
• You must create an account and provide a valid phone number to book.
• Bookings can be made up to 4 weeks in advance.
• Please arrive on time for your appointment.

Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel your booking at any time through your account.
• We appreciate advance notice if you need to cancel.
• Repeated no-shows may result in booking restrictions.

Payment

• Payment is $15 per haircut, regardless of gender or duration.
• Payment is by bank transfer only.
• Payment details will be provided at your appointment.

Loyalty Program

We offer a loyalty program where you earn points for each visit. Details of rewards and redemption will be communicated separately.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate contact information.
• Arrive on time for appointments.
• Treat our home studio with respect.
• Notify us if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Our Responsibilities

• Provide professional haircut services.
• Maintain clean and sanitised equipment.
• Respect your appointment time.
• Protect your personal information.

Limitation of Liability

Barber Sam provides services on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
